आपके tellmeGen account के downloads section में, आपको विभिन्न technical formats मिलेंगे जो आपके DNA processing के अलग-अलग levels को represent करते हैं। यहाँ प्रत्येक file को समझने के लिए एक छोटी guide दी गई है:
- FASTQ: ये वे files हैं जिनमें sequencing machine द्वारा सीधे generated “raw” data शामिल होता है। यह किसी भी analysis का starting point है।
- CRAM: यह एक compressed और efficient format है जिसमें DNA sequences पहले से reference genome के against aligned होती हैं। यह advanced users के लिए ideal है जिन्हें FASTQ files के massive volume को handle किए बिना specific genomic regions पर technical analyses करने की आवश्यकता होती है।
- VCF (Variant Call Format): यह genetic variations को store करने के लिए bioinformatics का standard है। इसमें आपके genome की reference genome से comparison करने पर मिली differences शामिल होती हैं, जैसे single nucleotide polymorphisms, insertions या deletions।
