Medical prescription

In countries where required by law, genetic analysis requires a prior medical prescription. When you submit your request, the amount is pre-authorised, which may appear on your bank account as a temporary hold. After you register your kit, a doctor reviews your questionnaire. Payment is only charged once the analysis has been individually prescribed by a doctor. If the pre-authorisation has expired, we will send you a link to complete the payment. If the analysis is not prescribed, we will cancel the authorisation and you will not be charged. Without a medical prescription, your sample will not be analysed.
