3-Consultation Pack

From the Genetics Department at tellmeGen we are at your disposal to offer you information and support if you have taken a genetic test with us. Understanding your results serves as an informative support tool for prevention and healthcare. In each consultation pack you may choose up to 3 of the following options to help you understand the results of your study:

• Learn more about your genetic information through a general summary of your results
• Understand how to interpret a specific result or item from a specific section of your report
• Know the risk of developing multifactorial or polygenic diseases
• Help you understand a specific result from the pharmacogenetics section
• Better understand the genetic inheritance of the analyzed monogenic diseases and the possible relevance of certain results for your relatives
• Consultation of the genotypes of up to 10 genetic variants (rsID or chromosome:position GRCh37) not present on the platform.

The consultation pack does not include interpretation of external reports, second medical opinions, or open consultations not linked to the content expressly included in your genetic report.

The consultation pack will be sent via email in the language chosen by the user, preferably in English or Spanish, but we also have German, Italian, Portuguese, French, Dutch, Polish, Swedish, Russian, Japanese, Finnish, Norwegian, and Hindi available. By default, the pack will be conducted in Spanish for users from Spanish-speaking countries and in English for users from non-Spanish-speaking countries, unless a different language is requested.

Privacy and security: We guarantee the protection of your data using the latest encryption technology, only you and your genetic advisor will be able to access your report.
