Which Raw Data files from other companies are compatible with tellmeGen?

You can access all the information we provide by uploading your genetic Raw Data file (.txt or .csv format) from other companies, including:

  • 23andme
  • Ancestry
  • MyHeritage

Additionally, at tellmeGen we can analyze your Raw Data regardless of its source, provided it is encoded under the following conditions:

  1. The included genetic markers must be in the (+) orientation of the GRCh37 reference genome. The GRCh37 genome is a reference genome for the species Homo sapiens (humans) established by the Genome Reference Consortium.
  2. Its call rate must be > 0.95. This means that at least 95% of the markers have been correctly assigned. Results will not be provided for lower quality as we cannot guarantee reliability.
  3. Its format corresponds to that of an unmodified chip array.
