The DNA Connect service is included free of charge in all our Starter and Advanced kits. You do not need to purchase a special kit to access it. If you have not purchased a kit but have uploaded your Raw Data to our platform (regardless of whether it is Advanced, Starter, or even free), you can also access this service.
You only need to agree to participate in DNA Connect from your account by clicking the corresponding button. Within your account, you will see a banner that will allow you to subscribe or deactivate it, and you can modify this option at any time. This service is completely free, including continuous updates and improvements.
In the case of the Ultra WGS (30x) range, the first three months of the tellmeGen+ subscription, which covers DNA Connect, are included. After this period, you will need to keep your subscription active to continue using this feature.
