The number of adverse reactions to food is broad and complex, and it is impossible for us to cover them all. Furthermore, our study is based solely on genetics, without analyzing antibodies or proteins. Therefore, in some situations we can tell you if you have a predisposition to that trait, but we will not be able to confirm if it is already expressed. We are a clinical complement, and we always recommend confirming with an expert before taking action.
