Both health conditions and traits are caused by a combination of genetic factors, environmental factors, and an individual's lifestyle. Even with inherited conditions, the expression of the condition does not have the same severity in all individuals. Knowing your genetics allows us to determine the genetic probability you have of developing each of the analyzed health conditions and traits.
However, you must keep in mind that they are conditioned by other additional factors, and your results will only interpret the genetic part of the health condition. Environmental factors and your lifestyle are not considered in the analysis of these results and can play an even more important role than genetics. Having a low/medium risk can play a protective role against that condition/trait, but it does not prevent it completely.
