DNA analyses carried out by tellmeGen have a low failure rate, but it does happen occasionally. There are several reasons why this analysis may not be successful. In these cases, the laboratory, which has different control points, will carry out multiple attempts to obtain results. However, some samples do not have a sufficient amount of DNA to achieve good results.
In these cases, the user will be notified of the sample failure and will be offered a repetition of the analysis at no cost. We will contact the user to process everything.
