The sample is initially sent to the laboratory, and once it is received, an email will be sent to you informing you of its arrival. The time that elapses until its receipt at the laboratory varies depending on the country of origin and the number of samples.
Your results report will be available on the tellmeGen platform within a period of 4 to 6 weeks after the date the sample is received at our company.
You should keep in mind that these are estimated timeframes and that, due to the complexity of the process and the characteristics of the genetic analysis, we cannot determine an exact date for the delivery of results.
Once the results are ready, they will be uploaded to the platform, and you will be able to access them through your tellmeGen account (access using your username and password). For this, you will receive an email notifying you that the information is available and can now be consulted in the customer area.
