When you are ready to send the kit, upon creating the account and registering the kit, you will receive an email with the prepaid shipping label; that is, you will only have to print it and stick it on the plastic bag included in the kit to make the shipment.
If you do not receive this email, please check your spam or junk mail folder. The label may take up to a maximum of 72 hours to arrive in your email, depending on the country. If it is not there either, please write an email to info@tellmegen.com with your full address, first and last name, and phone number, and we will send you a shipping label. Print the label you downloaded after registration and stick it on the plastic bag found under the blue tray. Use the bag to place the box inside and take it to the courier office indicated in the email.
If you are sending the kit from the United States, there may already be a shipping sticker on the bag. Those stickers are outdated. Use the sticker that we will send to your email.
