It may happen, in exceptional cases, that you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or in poor condition. In those cases, we ask you to contact our Customer Service as soon as possible to report the incident.
Contact can be made through various means, from email (info@tellmegen.com), using the form on our website, or via chat. We will provide you with the procedure for replacing the defective product and the required steps.
Once we confirm that the return is due to the product showing some type of deterioration or manufacturing defect, we will cover the shipping costs derived from said return.
However, returns will not be accepted for products that have been opened or used, unless it is because they are damaged or defective. Returns will not be accepted for products that have been spoiled or damaged by the customer themselves. You must send a photo showing that the product is faulty due to a manufacturing defect. If the tellmeGen support team considers that the product was damaged by the customer, no refund will be issued.
You must keep the order invoice to be able to manage the return or replacement.
