You can track the status of your sample in real time through your personal account. From there, you will be able to see the status of your kit in the different phases of the process: registered, received at the laboratory, under analysis, and results ready. Additionally, we will send you email notifications at key stages of the process, such as when your sample has been received at the laboratory and is ready to be analyzed.
