If any of the information you entered during registration is incorrect, you can change the information provided from your private area. In "Settings," you can check personal data, such as your linked email account or password, and edit them from there. If there are any problems making the change, contact info@tellmegen.com indicating the error, the initial data, and the data it should be changed to.
The customer service department will change it and notify you once the change has been made. However, this process is slower, so we recommend changing it personally from the account whenever possible.
