The tellmeGen Starter and Advanced kits include the following elements:
- An instruction leaflet accessible via a QR code, which guides the entire process. Inside the leaflet, you will also find the kit code required for registration.
- A collection kit, which can come in three different forms:
- The swab kit contains two swabs to collect saliva from the sides of the mouth, one for each side, as well as a tube with preservative liquid, into which you must place the swabs once they have the saliva sample.
- The tube kit does not contain swabs, but it does include the tube and a funnel to deposit the sample and mix it with the preservative liquid.
- The drying bag kit contains a single swab and, instead of a tube with preservative liquid, it has a drying bag that serves as the receptacle.
- A shipping bag to place the genetic test in and send it back to the laboratory for free. You will need to print and attach the label that we will send to you by email.
The ULTRA WGS (30x) kit includes:
- Instruction leaflet and the kit code for registration, also accessible via QR code.
- Collection kit: a swab for sample collection and a drying bag that acts as the receptacle for the sample.
- An envelope and shipping bag to return the sample at no additional cost, provided the shipment is made from the same country of purchase. You will receive the return label by email so that you can print it and attach it visibly to the package.
The Duo and Family kits contain a single box or envelope with duplicated or triplicated elements, respectively.
