Step 1: Order your test through our website by clicking the BUY button.
Step 2: Sample collection: to do this, you must follow the instructions provided for the type of collection kit you have received, and remember that you must not smoke, drink, or chew gum for 60 minutes prior to sample collection.
Step 3: Register your kit: Once you receive your kit, scan the QR code with the instructions to create your account. You can also view the process by visiting http://www.tellmegen.com/welcome
Step 4: Return it to the laboratory: After following the instructions, place the sample in the bag and take it to the courier service indicated in the instructions received by email.
Step 5: Receive your results: Within a period of 30 to 45 days (4 – 6 weeks), you will receive an email informing you that your results are now available in your user portal.
