Have you taken a genetic test with tellmeGen and don’t understand your results? Do you have questions about how to interpret the results or any of the parameters of your DNA test? Purchase a pack of three consultations about your Genetic Report and one of our experts from the Genetics Department will explain clearly what you need.

From the Genetics Department of tellmeGen, we are available to offer you information and support if you have taken a genetic test with us. We will try to help you understand the results of your study from different perspectives:

• Learn more about your genetic information
• Understand the risks of developing complex or polygenic diseases
• Help you understand if your medication or drug is appropriate
• Know if you are a carrier of various monogenic diseases, in order to avoid transmitting them to your descendants
• Allow the understanding of hereditary genetics and the probability or risk it poses for your family
• Have the information from your results so that it becomes a support tool in preventive medicine
• Any other doubts or concerns about your genetic report

The three consultations will be sent via email in the language chosen by the user, preferably in English or Spanish, but we also offer German, Italian, Portuguese, French, Dutch, Polish, Swedish, Russian, Japanese, Finnish, and Norwegian. By default, the three consultations will be conducted in Spanish for users from Spanish-speaking countries and in English for users from non-Spanish-speaking countries, unless another language is requested.

Privacy and security: We guarantee the protection of your data through the latest encryption technology, only you and your genetic advisor will have access to your report.
