For Starter and Advanced, log in to your account and go to Settings → Kits → Download Raw Data, at the bottom of the kits section. A .zip file will download; once extracted, it contains a .csv file with around 750,000 analysed markers.
For Ultra, you will find your files in the Downloads and Technical downloads sections of your account.
You can use your raw data to check your genotype at any of the analysed markers or upload it to third-party platforms that accept raw data files. Compatibility depends on each platform and may change; some do not accept tellmeGen files. Please bear in mind that, when you upload your data to another platform, its own privacy terms apply.
